JCorp, Inc. was formed in October of 2001. Although this is JCorp's first entry into the HomeShowExpo, the company has designed and constructed several custom homes in the Des Moines metro and surrounding areas. JCorp pairs design and structural professionals with knowledgeable and experienced construction managers to provide homeowners a unique design/build experience. This combination provides homeowners unparalleled communication with one team, from initial design to completion of the home.
The company has also designed, and is currently constructing, State Street Lofts, a 16-unit loft condo project over commercial space and parking at 18th and State in northwest Ankeny. JCorp is also constructing high-end townhome units at Berkshire Crossing in Urbandale and recently completed construction on median-level townhomes at the Northview Heights subdivision in Huxley.
